SILTECH 9000 is a one component paintable water based sealant, which on curing will form an acrylic rubber sealant that will exhibit very good adhesion characteristics to most construction substrates. The product is designed for interior and exterior use.
SILTECH 9000 was developed for sealing around windows, door frames, baseboards or any joint or gap where a weather-tight seal is required. A 1 hour dry time is required before painting with latex or oil based paint. Allow extra dry time during periods of high humidity and/or cool temperatures.

Adheres well to wood, masonry, brick and plaster. It cures to form a seal without staining or bleeding.
